Your eyes hold two types of fluids, Aqueous Humor and the Vitreous Humor.
Aqueous Humor: this is a clear fluid that fills the front of the eyeball between the lens and the cornea. It provides nutrients to the cornea and lens and helps protect the cornea.
Vitreous Humor: this is more of a jelly-like substance that fills the space between the lens and the retina. It helps the eye keep its shape (sphere) and hold the retina in place.
